They are looking for a dynamic Talent acquisition professional to set up their Talent team
The successful candidate will be taking a leading role in radically growing the development team across the US. Ideally based within California (offices in Santa Monica) you will have the flexibility to be a success in this company

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing this process overall, planning for new talent, meeting, and exceeding gross margin targets, and developing your team to achieve the career goals you all aspire to.
Managing the recruitment process from the initial headhunting engagement through to offer management is paramount along with possessing strong stakeholder engagement and providing proactive solutions to the Directors and CEO
Ability to build candidate communities and pipelines to ensure further success in the talent pooling of top talent is a crucial component to this role, it is critical you have a proactive approach and get ahead in this very competitive market
Having the confidence and gravitas to engage with Senior IT professionals should be demonstrated in your track record of delivery
Preferably you have experience in recruiting:
Data scientist / Engineers
Machine Learning professionals
Software engineers,
Python developers
VFX
Computer Vision and NLP
As the role and team develop you will also be responsible for recruiting the best Interns across the US and UK
