The Job
- Work from their Madrid office as a hands-on biller, growing a team around you.
- Cover the SAP market, picking off the contract roles from their existing client base.
- As you scale, implement a plan for expansion and grow across Europe.
About You
- Hands-on contract recruiter, probably annoyed that you don't have access to a superb back office, training, marketing and resourcing teams.
- Comfortable with leadership and turning recruiters into big billers.
- Tech recruiter who understands the complexities of working with many tech clients.
- IF you have language skills (Spanish, Italian or German) this is a bonus.
Salary and Package
- Up to €65k fixed, total earnings of €150k plus
- PLUS profit share from the role on top
